I had actually been in the process of closing on a different property with another agent and when the deal fell through, I needed a realtor that would not miss any details and Danielle was just who I was looking for! I had a very tight timeline for the situation I was in and Danielle was willing to help with less than a day's notice to help me find my home. She was extremely patient with my fiancé and I as we took her all over Tampa, but never once felt pressured into a sale. When we decided on the house we wanted to put an offer in on she did all the research and gave options as to what would be a strong offer. The entire closing process was seamless with Danielle and she made sure all parties kept on track during the closing process. During the final walk through the washer and dryer weren't in the home as stated in the contract and Danielle negotiated us $1500 credit for all new machines! So happy I was referred to Danielle and she helped us buy our first home!

Our journey with her started over a year ago when we relocated to Florida from California.
